Teilnahmebestätigungen per E-Mail senden

Sendet die Teilnahmebestätigung an alle Teilnehmer dieser Buchung mit gültiger E-Mail-Adresse; participants enthält die angeschriebenen öffentlichen Teilnehmer-IDs. Dieser GET führt einen Versand aus und benötigt neben GET auch Schreibrecht für Buchungen. Bei /list muss filter eine konkrete Buchungs-ID enthalten; kein Massenversand.

## Authentifizierung
