It's time! The QR-bill is now available to you in both versions of edoobox. Activate the QR bill in the global edoobox settings to immediately use it for your participant bills.

What does that mean for your invoice.pdf?
Please check your email template as the QR-bill will always appear at the bottom of the page after activation. If there is no space of 105 mm available below the contents of the invoice, the payment slip will be moved to the bottom of the next page.
What does that mean for your participants?
In order to be able to correctly create the QR-bill for each participant, the data must be entered name, Street, Zip code and city necessary. Please make sure that you have stored these data and form fields in your registration forms and that you collect this data from your participants. If the alternative billing address is active for participants, then this will be used for the QR-bill. Invoices that were paid by participants via the QR bill with Creditor Reference can, as before, be automatically booked into edoobox using the Camt file payment comparison.
And what does that mean for you as an edoobox customer?
When you activate the QR bill, your edoobox subscription invoices will also be updated. Existing standing orders do not need to be adjusted.
