  • Let us start with the VAT rule

    Let's start with the sales tax regulation. With version 2 you can now define the business relationship in relation to the new EU VAT laws directly in your account. You can find this setting under “Settings > Billing”. This is particularly important for accounts from Germany as deposits will not be possible until this setting is set.

    There is now a new input field in the account settings that you can use to assign a general contact person for your account. This contact person can be used in all email templates with the Placeholder ##CompanyContactPerson## be used.

    We have the new one for more flexibility when creating invoices Placeholder ##InvoiceListing[TextInvoiceBalance]## introduced. This allows you to replace the term "Invoice Amount" in your invoices with a custom expression.

    The raw data for new invoices is now stored in one Object under "v2/invoice" and "v2/invoice/:invoice_id/data" as "invoice_data" Field provided. This also applies to receipts, making it easier to integrate and manage your invoices.

    The booking summary placeholders have been updated to give you more customization options. New placeholders allow you to adjust specific settings such as gender and duration in days or hours.

  • The name of an offer can now contain additional special characters, giving you more freedom when naming it

    The name of an offer can now contain additional special characters, giving you more freedom in naming. The maximum number of characters for offers and categories has been increased to 100.

Bug fixes and technical improvements

Collected at the end so that it remains immediately visible which problems have been fixed and which corners have been smoothed out.

  • Billing and transactions Billing and Transactions: Fixed an error in submitting subscription amounts that resulted in rounding errors.
  • Design Manager and Code Widget Design Manager and Code Widget: Synchronization issues between versions V1 and V2 have been resolved.
  • Email templates Email Templates: A bug that prevented email previews from being displayed has been fixed.
  • Repository structure Repository Structure: The structure of the project has been improved by removing components that are no longer used and rearranging existing components.
  • Email templates and PDF engine Email templates and PDF engine: Fixed a bug that allowed the use of email and PDF templates without the corresponding subscription.
