Alerts in the mail system

Export date formats unified
UpdateDates in invoice and customer export now consistently follow the setting “DD.MM.YYYY”. -
Reverse charge adjusted for B2B billing
UpdateB2B invoices no longer show a VAT column. Instead, the standard note “Tax liability of the service recipient (B2B)” is used and made editable per language. -
Promotion code limit in V2 temporarily remains at 10 characters
UpdatePromotion code texts are truncated after 10 characters in V2, while V1 allows up to 15 characters. The V2 limit remains in place temporarily. -
Table titles displayed in a more space-saving manner
UpdatePadding and margin of table titles have been reduced to create more space. -
Certificate button only if certificate is available
UpdateThe certificate button is only displayed if a certificate is actually available. Invalid or unfulfilled conditions no longer result in incorrect display. -
Certificate logic extended for 0 percent minimum presence
UpdateCertificates are also available with 0 percent minimum attendance. Certificate views offer almost all detail widgets as well as a LinkedIn certificate link.
Stability
Bug fixes and technical improvements
Collected at the end so that it remains immediately visible which problems have been fixed and which corners have been smoothed out.
- Publication correctly prevented via subscription limit Publications that exceed the subscription limit are now correctly blocked from the “Released” status.
- Status changes possible despite subscription limits Switching between active status or from active to remaining inactive is possible. A change from inactive to active remains blocked.
- Subscription downgrades possible again in V2 Downgrades will work again if all conditions are met. Blocked downgrades show a notice in the subscription selection window.
- Sales overview no longer shows NaN values The sales overview provides correct values again and no longer shows the “NaN” error.
- Birth dates displayed consistently Birth dates are displayed consistently and correctly in the customer overview, detailed view and exports.
- Corrected place check for waiting list people The incorrect space check when adding people to the waiting list has been corrected.
- Places export correctly assigns name and place In the places export, the “Name” and “Location” columns are correctly assigned again.
