Is there a minimum contract period?
There is no minimum contract length for Limited, Business and Enterprise subscriptions. They can also be changed in the current month at no extra charge.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We support credit and debit cards, TWINT, invoice payment, Bitcoin, Stripe and PayPal.
Can I change subscription?
It is always possible to switch to a higher subscription, but for a lower one some functions must be deactivated.
Do you have large volume offers or SLAs?
If you have a larger volume or require an SLA, please contact our sales team so that we can find a suitable solution for you.
Do you offer support?
Yes. We offer email, phone and chat support to all customers, as well as free onboarding training.
Is my data safe?
