Nutzungskontingent gutschreiben

Schreibt einer nutzungsbasierten Mitgliedschaft eine positive ganzzahlige Anzahl Nutzungen gut. Pflichtgrund und stabiler idempotency_key verhindern doppelte Gutschriften. Erhöht Gesamt-/Restkontingent und protokolliert Journal/Audit; exhausted wird wieder active. canConfigure erforderlich. version ist die zuletzt gelesene Mitgliedschaftsversion; die Änderung erhöht sie.

## Authentifizierung
