Gespeicherte Konto-Zahlungskarten abrufen

Liest maskierte Kartendaten mit Ablauf, Aktivstatus und Standard-/Ersatzrolle. Vor der Ausgabe werden abgelaufene Karten invalidiert und die Standardkarte repariert. limit paginiert das Array; Filter und Feldauswahl werden ignoriert.
