Promotionscode anlegen

Erstellt einen Code für eine bestehende Promotion. status, promotion und code sind erforderlich. Der Hook prüft die Eindeutigkeit mit dem originalen Code nach aP-Normalisierung; die vorläufige Structure-Kürzung begrenzt daher nicht die tatsächliche Eingabelänge. Ein Objekt oder eine generische Liste von Objekten wird unterstützt.

Before-insert overwrites initial sanitize/truncate15; final aP truncates250 and does not enforce initial character allowlist. Initial getter strips chars/truncates15, but _before_addCode validates and rewrites original value with default aP length250. Runtime preconditions / rejection: Account-scoped duplicate on aP(originalCode,true) -> ED80020/already_exists. No rejecting 15-char max/allowlist applies to final stored value.
