Datei zu einer Ressource hochladen

Lädt file als Multipartdatei hoch. meta ist ein JSON-Text mit dem data-Objekt, resource_type, resource_id und filetype; die Benutzerroute delegiert an den allgemeinen Dateihandler. resource_id muss zum angegebenen Ressourcentyp und Konto gehören. Avatar ersetzt ein vorhandenes Avatar und erlaubt JPEG/PNG/WebP bis 8 MiB; sign und image2/image3 erlauben Bilder bis 2 MiB; interne/externe Angebotsdateien bis 20 MiB. image1 wird vom Upload-Hook nicht akzeptiert.
