Liest Land anhand der öffentlichen v2-ID. fields, filter, order und limit steuern die Auswahl. Einzelabfragen bleiben Sammlungen; response_type=array liefert eine Liste, sonst wird nach öffentlicher ID indiziert. Leere Ergebnisse sind []. Nur aktive Länder des globalen Bestands werden ausgegeben; language bestimmt die Sprache der Ländernamen.
