Combine the object and objective, for example “rebook a participant” rather than just “participant”.
For a problem, also state the condition, such as “invoice outstanding despite payment”.
Use visible menu or field labels if you know them.
Open the best result and follow the linked related guides if needed.
This documentation's search finds help articles. For offers, bookings, participants or settings within the application, use the global search in edoobox.
An administrator searches for “invoice outstanding despite payment”. She first opens the payment reconciliation guide and follows it to invoices, transactions and the controlled sending of a payment reminder.
An instructor searches for “send Teams link in reminder”. The search leads to the guide for e-learning platforms, which explains additional text, placeholders, email and ICS together.
Support searches for “duplicate participant profile”. They open Avoid duplicates and check participant data, compare existing profiles and check names, email addresses, bookings and invoices before a new booking.
Choose the appropriate workflow for your account and participants.
Quick answers
First check admin access, permissions and organisation data. Then prepare email sending and create a manageable test offer. The guide Set up my new edoobox account takes you through the recommended sequence.
Start with a complete, small booking process. Configure the required offers, forms, emails, legal texts and, where applicable, payments. Once the test booking works, extend the process. Getting started is explained under First steps.
Through Preview/Share, share a link or embed booking as an iframe. A plugin is additionally available for WordPress. The integration overview helps you choose and links appropriate guides.
Available features depend on admin permissions, subscription and account activation, among other things. For extensions, activation status also matters. Have a superadmin check this. Plugin Manager explains availability, conditions and activation of extensions.
Check preview from the participants’ perspective and perform a complete test booking. Check form, price, confirmation and documents used. If relevant, also test payment, waiting list or cancellation. Use the go-live checklist.
