Refer edoobox and receive a bonus
The recommendation function assigns a newly registered edoobox account to an existing account via a personal link. If the first deposit is made afterwards, a one-time credit for the new and the recommending account may be generated.
This account recommendation is not identical to promotional codes for course bookings or to the function “Participants recruit for you”.
Personal link in the previous account view
In the previous account view, the area Recommend edoobox and receive a bonus was located below the account journal. It showed a personal URL on promo.edoobox.com, which could be copied and sent to a new organization.

What happens with the first deposit
The new organization opens the personal recommendation link and registers its account via it.
edoobox stores the assignment to the recommending account.
With the first deposit, the one-time recommendation assignment is checked.
The credit corresponds to the deposit but is limited to a maximum of 50.00.
The new account receives this credit; the recommending account receives the same amount as a credit.
The credit is managed in the edoobox account and is not refundable according to the previous program. A second deposit does not trigger another credit for the same recommendation.
Check before sharing
The recommendation area and the personal link are actually visible in your account.
The recommended organization does not yet have its own account and starts registration via exactly this link.
Do not promise a bonus until the current terms displayed in your account or the support team confirm it.
After the first deposit, both organizations check the credit in the account journal.
Do not manually change the personal URL. If the assignment is lost during registration, the later deposit cannot be recognized solely based on a verbal recommendation.
Application example: First deposit of 30.00
A partner association registers via the personal link and makes its first deposit of 30.00. Under the former program, the new account and the referring account each receive a credit of 30.00. Both check the transaction in the account journal.
Application example: Deposit above the limit
A recommended organization pays 120.00 as the first deposit. For the recommendation, a maximum of 50.00 is credited to the new account and 50.00 to the recommending account; the remaining deposit amount remains the normal account deposit.
Application example: Recommendation area missing in V2
An organization sees only the account balance, settings and transaction history under “Billing”. Instead of relying on an old screenshot for navigation, it first asks support to confirm whether the referral program is available for its account.
