Stripe-Zahlungsbereitschaft diagnostizieren

Liest die verbundene Stripe-Kennung, Standard-Zahlungsmethoden-Konfiguration, aktivierte Zahlungsarten und Wallet-Domains direkt beim Anbieter. Gibt bei Teilfehlern weiter die verfügbaren Daten und stabile errors zurück. Erzeugt oder aktiviert selbst keine Zahlungsdomain.
