Persönliche Administratorkonfiguration ändern

Ersetzt den JSON-Inhalt data einer gespeicherten Konfiguration; admin und config sind unveränderlich. Akzeptiert decodierte Objekte/Listen oder JSON-Zeichenfolgen und aktualisiert last_change serverseitig. Die konkreten Konfigurationsschlüssel bleiben durch die Anwendung der LUT-Vorlage bestimmt.
