GET/v2/paymentsystem/list/paypal

PayPal-Händlerverbindung vorbereiten

Erstellt beim Zahlungsanbieter einen Partner-Referral für das aktuelle Konto und liefert den Browserlink zur Händlerfreigabe (kein edoobox-Konto-Signup). Erfordert Zahlungsanbieter-Schreibrechte. Legt bei fehlender Konfiguration die Standard-PayPal-Gebühr an. system unterstützt ausschließlich EXPRESS_CHECKOUT; paymentmethods wird gelesen, ändert derzeit aber die angeforderten Produkte nicht.
