Präsenzstatus für einen Teilnehmer erfassen

Erstellt Präsenz für date, participant und type. Pro Teilnehmer und Termin darf nur ein Datensatz bestehen; für Änderungen PUT verwenden. Termin und Teilnehmer müssen zum selben Angebot gehören. Eine Liste von Datensätzen ist im allgemeinen Insert ebenfalls möglich.
