Bootstrap-Konfiguration ändern

Ändert Name, Variablen und Darstellungsoptionen einer Bootstrap-Konfiguration. version und file bleiben unveränderlich. Variablenänderungen benötigen anschließend eine separate SCSS-Kompilierung. Ein nicht leeres data mit mindestens einem unterstützten Änderungsfeld ist erforderlich.
