Preiskategorie anlegen

Legt Preiskategorie mit data an. data kann ein Datensatz oder eine Liste von Datensätzen sein; die im Schema markierten Pflichtfelder gelten für jeden Datensatz. Beziehungen verwenden öffentliche v2-IDs. offer ist beim Anlegen erforderlich und danach unveränderlich. Mitgliedschaftsbedingungen unterliegen der Pluginfreigabe und den Regeln im Feldschema; neue Kategorien unterliegen dem Abo-Limit.
