Preiskategorie aktualisieren

Ändert die übergebenen schreibbaren Felder in data für Preiskategorie. Die Ziel-ID muss als id im JSON-Umschlag angegeben werden. offer ist beim Anlegen erforderlich und danach unveränderlich. Mitgliedschaftsbedingungen unterliegen der Pluginfreigabe und den Regeln im Feldschema; neue Kategorien unterliegen dem Abo-Limit.
