Enddatum einer Mitgliedschaft korrigieren

Setzt ein neues Enddatum (Unix-Sekunden) mit Pflichtgrund und stabilem request_id. Nur zeitbasierte Mitgliedschaften mit Status active/scheduled/expired und bezahlter/kostenloser aktueller Periode; Enddatum muss nach valid_from liegen. Bereits vorhandene Folgeperiode verhindert die Anpassung. canConfigure erforderlich. version ist die zuletzt gelesene Mitgliedschaftsversion; die Änderung erhöht sie.
