Zahlungslink für eine Mitgliedschaft erzeugen

Erzeugt einen 48 Stunden gültigen Link zur verschlüsselten Buchungs-Zahlungsroute für eine eigene Periode mit payment_status pending/failed und gültiger Transaktion. Die Antwort enthält keine Zahlungsausführung. Zahlungsabgleich vor der Linkausgabe kann Perioden-/Mitgliedschaftszustand und Audit/Outbox aktualisieren. Sprache stammt aus data.language, sonst aus dem Konto.
