It's time! The QR-bill is now available to you in both versions of edoobox. Activate the QR bill in the global edoobox settings to immediately use it for your participant bills.

What does that mean for your invoice.pdf?
Please check your email template as the QR-bill will always appear at the bottom of the page after activation. If there is no space of 105 mm available below the contents of the invoice, the payment slip will be moved to the bottom of the next page.
What does that mean for your participants?
To create QR invoices correctly for individual participants, the name, street, and postal code and city are mandatory. Please make sure these data and form fields are included in your registration forms and that you collect this information from participants. If a participant has an alternative billing address enabled, that address is used for the QR invoice. As before, invoices paid by participants using a QR invoice with a Creditor Reference can be recorded automatically in edoobox through payment reconciliation with a Camt file.
And what does that mean for you as an edoobox customer?
When you activate the QR bill, your edoobox subscription invoices will also be updated. Existing standing orders do not need to be adjusted.
